Terms and Conditions

Effective October 16, 2026. TruePointSupport is operated by Orlando Molina in Georgia, United States ("TruePointSupport", "we", "us").

These terms cover the use of truepointsupport.com, our business phone line, and our text-message program. By using the website, calling us, or agreeing to receive texts, you accept them. Service engagements themselves are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that work.

1. What we do

TruePointSupport provides IT support for small businesses: managed care for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, Windows recovery checks, and related support. Requests sent through the website or the phone line are reviewed by a person before any work is recommended. Nothing on the website is a guarantee of a result or a response time; those belong in the agreement for each engagement.

2. The website and the request form

  • Use the request form for an initial description of the problem only. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, payment information, health information, private keys or confidential customer records.
  • Do not try to break into, overload or misuse the website or any system behind it.
  • Website content belongs to TruePointSupport and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

3. The phone line

Our business line is answered by an AI receptionist and by our staff. The receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant, takes your name, call-back number, email if you give one, and the reason for your call, and we call you back. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; the greeting says so. Emergencies are not handled by phone message: call your local emergency number.

4. Text-message program: TruePointSupport Call Alerts and Appointment Texts

Program description. TruePointSupport sends two kinds of text messages: (1) call alerts to business owners and staff who signed up for them, with the caller's name, call-back number, reason for the call and requested next step after each call handled by our receptionist; and (2) customer-care messages to callers who agreed during their call: call-back confirmations, appointment confirmations and appointment reminders about their own request. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Consent. You receive texts only after you agree: by checking the unchecked consent box next to the mobile number on our setup form, or by saying yes when our receptionist asks during your call. The exact wording is on the Text messages page. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.

Message frequency varies with your call volume (call alerts) or with your request (customer care).

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard charges apply to messages sent and received.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing more. Replies CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE also stop messages. To start again, reply START or sign up again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (912) 386-0555, or use the request form at truepointsupport.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be available on all carriers or devices.

Privacy. How we handle your number and consent record is in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Our responsibility

The website, phone line and text messages are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, TruePointSupport is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the amount you paid us for the related service in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you a right you cannot waive.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes to the text-message program are announced in the next message we send you.
