Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026. TruePointSupport is operated by Orlando Molina in Georgia, United States ("TruePointSupport", "we", "us").

This policy explains what information we collect when you use truepointsupport.com, call our business phone line, or exchange text messages with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose: we collect what is needed to answer your request and deliver the service, and nothing more.

1. Information we collect

  • Website contact form. Your name, work email, business name, the service you are asking about, the website you give us, and the message you write. The form asks you not to send passwords, MFA codes, payment details, health information, private keys or confidential customer records, and we ask you not to.
  • Phone calls. Our business line is answered by an AI receptionist and by our staff. The receptionist asks for your name, a call-back number, your email if you choose to give one, and the reason for your call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; the greeting says so at the start of the call.
  • Text messages (SMS). If you agree to receive text messages, we keep your mobile number, the date, time and way you agreed (a checked box on our setup form, or a yes given during a call), and the messages exchanged, including STOP and HELP requests.
  • Technical data. Our website host (Cloudflare) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your request and to deliver and support the services you ask for.
  • To send the text messages you agreed to receive: call alerts to business owners and staff who signed up for them, and call-back or appointment confirmations and reminders to callers who said yes during their call.
  • To keep records that the law requires, such as proof of consent and opt-out requests.
  • To protect the website and phone line from abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Text messaging: what we promise

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • We send texts only to people who agreed first. Message frequency varies with your call volume or your request.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. The exact program terms are in our Terms and Conditions, and the opt-in wording we use is shown on the Text messages page.

4. Who we share information with

Only with providers that help us run the service, under their own confidentiality and security terms, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Website hosting and email delivery (for example Cloudflare and our email provider).
  • Telephone and text-message carriers and platforms (for example Twilio and our AI receptionist platform), to connect your call, transcribe it and deliver messages.
  • Our own staff and contractors who review requests and perform the work you asked for.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety. We never share mobile numbers or text-message consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Contact requests and call records are kept while we work on your request and for our business records afterwards, then deleted or anonymized. Text-message consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as the law requires, at least five years for opt-out requests.

6. Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to cancel. We confirm once and send nothing more.
  • Email: reply to any email from us and ask to be removed.
  • Access, correction or deletion: contact us (section 9) and we will act within thirty days, except where we must keep a record by law.
  • Do-not-call: tell us during a call or in writing; we honor it within ten business days and keep our own do-not-call list.

7. Security

Website traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to records is limited to the people who need it. No method is perfect; if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law of your state requires.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
